Keynote
Speaker:
The keynote for
Thursday’s luncheon features Robert Boyd, Vice
President for Student and Outreach Services at the
University of ND. He will discuss "The Divided
Soul of Corporate America," a recent national
study suggesting that while employees want to find
meaning in their work, many do not. This search for
meaning appears to be the underlying cause of
organizational dysfunctions, ineffectiveness, and
stress in the workplace. Dr. Boyd will provide
examples of organizations that have addressed this
search for meaning by providing a spiritual
foundation, "soul," to the workplace. |
