Photos from the 2005 Solid Waste and Recycling Symposium
 

The conference opened up with the annual golf tournament and a tour of the Minot Air Force Base (group below, left).  At the base, we saw the K-9 unit (below right), experienced a live fire call and saw the inside of a missile silo.
        

Some attendees spent the day golfing; although windy, it turned out to be a great day.



Other tours included: Pointe of View Winery (below, left), a wind turbine farm (below, center) and the Minot landfill (hazardous waste building below, right).
