South Dakota Solid Waste Management Association for a joint conference...you won't want to

Agenda
The
2010 conference agenda and registration form is now
available (PDF)! New this year, the
conference opens Tuesday morning (in the past it
typically opens Tuesday night with a
picnic/registration), so you'll want to be sure to
reserve a room on Monday night (the 13th) to take in the
sessions and tours on Tuesday!
Attendees
The attendee
rates have been set at $200 for ND or SD members and $260
for
non-members. To see if you are a member, check our
our member list. The
registration form can be found in combination with the
agenda (link above under Agenda).
Exhibitors
Interested in showcasing your products or services to
attendees? Exhibitor space is nearly full. The
booth fee includes attendance for one
person (seminars and meals) and booth space; additional
associates are $75 each.
Registration after July 15th will be $400 (member) and
$500 (non-member). New
this year: your NDSWRA membership will not be
included and can be paid separate at the same time as
your registration fees. See our membership
page for rates. If you cannot make it, and are interested in getting
your information out to all attendees, you can
"Stuff your Stuff" for $100. This
material will be made available near the registration
booth for attendees to pick up. You can also get your name
and services out to our attendees through being a
sponsor for the conference. There will be several

Information
A
block of rooms are reserved at the Best Western Ramkota
in Aberdeen, SD (all sessions will take place here). To reserve your room, call (605)

Please be sure to ask for the
"ND or SD Solid Waste and Recycling Conference" block
of rooms to get the discount rate. Additional
rooms are also available at the Super 8 North (605)
226-2288 ($74.98 plus tax) and at the Super 8 East (605)
229-5005 ($74.98 plus tax). Be sure to ask for the SD
Solid Waste Conference block of rooms by August 13.
Tours, Golf and
Social - Tuesday, September 14:
Tours
will be offered on Tuesday along with golf and a vendor
social; more tours will take place on Wednesday along
with our annual awards banquet. See the
agenda above for more details.
Leadership Award:
Is
there someone in your organization or a business,
non-profit or city that you believe has done an
outstanding job in their dedication to the solid waste
and recycling profession? If so, contact Angela or
another board member to nominate them for our annual
Leadership Award that is given at our annual
conference. The person, business, etc. must be a member
of the NDSWRA.
Scholarship Award:
Don't forget to apply (or have your children apply) for
our annual scholarship awards. New this year: the
applicant must have an interest/emphasis in the the area
of environmental, solid waste/recycling or similar

Greener ND Award:
Don't forget to nominate a person, business or
organization for
our annual Greener ND Award. They do not have to
be a member. See the application
and details on our award
page.
